The first generation ‘A-Frame’ of Wienerschnitzel was iconic not only for its red roof and unforgettable design, but also as a monumental step forward in quick serve concepts. Yes, the original “drive-thru” service was conceived – literally through the center of our restaurant (brilliant, of course!).

The original A-Frame strategy also included a sleek, narrow building design that could be built on a cost-effective, smaller parcel of land.

Understanding as times change, we know that the demand for good real estate does not. Thus, a brand new prototype store, called the ‘Heritage’ was born, to reflect today’s efficiencies and keep lineage to our successful roots.

The final product: An impressive, stand-alone A-frame inspired store at only 780 sq. ft., on a 18,000 sq. ft. pad. New real estate doors just opened with the Heritage, where competitors typically will not go.
